You retain full ownership of all products stored in our warehouse. We simply provide secure storage and handle logistics when you're ready to ship. Title and risk of loss remain with you as of the delivery date to our facility.
What's included in the $20/pallet/month fee?+
The monthly fee covers secure, climate-controlled storage in our facility, monthly inventory cycle counts, and basic inventory management. Shipping costs are separate and based on your delivery requirements.
How quickly can I get my products shipped?+
Since your inventory is already at our facility, we can typically ship within 1-2 business days of your request. This eliminates the standard lead time you'd experience when placing new orders.
Can I ship partial orders?+
Absolutely! You can request delivery of your entire inventory at once or in batches - whatever works best for your business needs. Just let us know what you need and when.
Is there a minimum storage period?+
No, there's no minimum storage period. You're billed monthly for the pallets you have stored with us. You can retrieve your inventory at any time with proper notice.
How do I track my inventory?+
We use a specialized SKU system to track customer-owned inventory. Each customer's products are assigned unique identifiers (your SKU with a "C" prefix) and stored in designated areas. We perform monthly cycle counts and can provide inventory reports upon request.
What types of products can you store?+
We specialize in storing packaging supplies including food-grade buckets, containers, cups, lids, and similar products. Our facility is FDA-approved for food-grade materials. Contact us about specific product requirements.
How does billing work?+
Storage fees are billed monthly based on the number of pallets stored at the end of each month. These charges are separate from your product purchase and are set up as new monthly orders in our system.
