Sales Representative

The ideal Sales Representative candidate for Epackage Supply will be an energetic, motivated, and aggressive sales employee focused on creating leads, developing prospects, and ultimately closing new business.

Sales Representative Job Description:

Prospect new customer opportunities and develop these relationships into regular customers of ePackageSupply
Achieve personal goals related to KPI’s on outbound sales – sales quota, # of discovery calls, # of prospects, etc.
Execute outbound sales campaigns focused on target accounts (e-mail, direct mail, calls, social touches, etc.)
Administer, maintain, and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders. Create quotes for larger volume orders
Field phone calls, online chats and emails for prospective, current and new customers
Interact with customers daily to review current promotions and provide service as needed
Thoroughly understand product details, ordering process and account set up and efficiently and clearly explain to new and prospective customers
Work with CRM and lead generation software to track leads, prospects, and closed accounts.
Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to hone sales craft and introduce best practices, learning and ideas to help improve sales team performance.

Sales Representative Knowledge and Skills required:

Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
Proven track record of sales performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work well as an individual or in a team setting.

Graphic Artist

We are looking for a talented and motivated graphic artist to join our team. As a graphic artist, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

An ideal candidate is creative, passionate, and organized. We want someone who is willing to jump in and make a difference on day one!

Graphic Artist Job Description:

Develop design concepts for packaging and marketing materials
Create high-quality digital graphics for various media outlets
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements
Create and build Shopify landing pages, Klaviyo email templates, and comfortable with editing videos.
Manage design projects from conception to completion
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet technical requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design technologies
Shoot and edit product photos for our website and various marketplaces

Graphic Artist Knowledge and Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback

Inside Sales Representative

The ideal Inside Sales Representative for EpackageSupply will be an organized and sales focused team member that services inbound customers, while utilizing the opportunity to create value and increase sales activity.

Inside Sales Representative Job Description:

Field phone calls, online chats and emails for prospective, current and new customers
Utilize product knowledge, volume tiers, and promos as tools to create value for the customer and upsell the current opportunity.
Perform outbound tasks as required for specific sales campaigns such as new product releases or customer anniversary promotions.
Properly utilize the CRM or lead generation systems as required.
Achieve personal goals related to KPI’s on inbound sales – conversion rate, upselling, etc.
Administer, maintain, and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders. Create quotes for larger volume orders
Interact with customers daily to review current promotions and provide service as needed
Thoroughly understand product details, ordering process and account set up and efficiently and clearly explain to new and prospective customers

Inside Sales Representative Knowledge and Skills required:

Minimum of 2 years in direct sales experience
Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
Proven track record of sales performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
