We're building a high-velocity, vertically-targeted sales engine — and outbound is the next growth lever. As our Outbound Marketing Manager, you'll build, run, and scale a predictable outbound pipeline of qualified B2B leads through cold email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and account-based plays.
Key Responsibilities
- Build segmented outbound sequences in Apollo targeting specific verticals
- Create sales enablement materials and outbound playbooks
- Develop lead magnets and funnel strategies for high-LTV verticals
- Support event-based campaigns and post-event follow-up
- Own vertical research and account list development
- Track and optimize campaign performance metrics
What Success Looks Like
- 200+ net-new qualified leads added/month
- Cold email open rates ≥ 45%, reply rates ≥ 8%
- LinkedIn message acceptance rates ≥ 30%
- $500K in pipeline generated from outbound in first 6 months
- At least 2 new verticals sourced and activated in first year
CRO & eCommerce Manager
We're building the best online experience in food-grade packaging. As our CRO & eCommerce Manager, you'll lead optimization, merchandising, UX, and landing page strategy across our Shopify Plus storefront, playing a critical role in our upcoming website redesign and migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline site structure, navigation, and mobile experience
- Optimize product pages and run A/B testing programs
- Develop merchandising strategy aligned with campaigns
- Build fast, modular landing pages for campaigns
- Optimize site speed and accessibility
- Maintain SEO best practices and content optimization

- +15% lift in sitewide conversion rate in 6 months

Paid Acquisition Specialist
Profitable customer acquisition is the engine of our growth. As our Paid Acquisition Specialist, you'll own and optimize our paid media across Google, Bing, Meta, and beyond, with direct control over campaign structure, shopping feed optimization, budget allocation, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Restructure search and shopping campaigns by product category
- Optimize shopping feeds for 95%+ feed health
- Set and hit ROAS targets across channels
- Launch and manage retargeting flows
- Collaborate on landing page strategy and testing
- Expand to new platforms as performance stabilizes
What Success Looks Like
- +20-40% ROAS uplift within 3 months
- Non-brand CAC down 15%
- Search CTR ≥ 4%, Shopping CTR ≥ 2.5%
- Scale to $100K/month at first-order break-even
- Successfully launch B2B campaigns and new platforms
Email/SMS/Retention Manager
We need a retention machine. As our Email/SMS/Retention Manager, you'll own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and account-based touchpoints, architecting and executing the flows, campaigns, and segmentation that drive 20%+ of total company revenue within two years.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automated email and SMS flows
- Plan and deploy 1-2 manual campaigns per week
- Drive list growth through popups and lead magnets
- Build dynamic segments by AOV, product type, and frequency
- Maintain deliverability and inbox placement
- Launch and grow loyalty and referral programs
What Success Looks Like
- Email/SMS contributes ≥10% of revenue Year 1, ≥20% Year 2
- ≥2,000 net new email subs/month, ≥3% popup CVR
- Flows maintain 35-45% open rate, 3-5% CTR
- Cart recovery: 5-10%
- Loyalty/referral programs drive ≥15% of repeat revenue
Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
