I have several 5 gallon buckets from different companies. Wanted to use them to store food items. I bought several colors of the lids. They all fit great, regardless of which bucket company the bucket was from. Somewhat difficult to get onto the bucket, but that just means a tight fit. I have no intention of removing them. The removable threaded-on center lid works great also. Very pleased with the product and I’ve already given a friend the website so she can order some too.
Ordered from another company and their 3.5 gallon. We’re taller. These are shorter than expected
Would rather have had a spigot that has a nut on the inside to self tighten rather than a tapped one
I wish it would hold water without leaking if you turn it upside down. I use it to clean our CPAP supplies and even with the gamma lid soapy water leaked out. But it’s food grade and holds the washable components (masks, tubing, water tanks) from two CPAP machines which need to be cleaned at least weekly. Overall quit happy with this food grade container.
