The containers have always been good. I ordered translucent containers to save a few dollars, but they were backordered, I was notified a week later. I called and ordered the white containers as replacement, since they were in stock. You could have offered that substitution instead of just notifying me of the multi week delay.

I have bought these containers

I have bought these containers before with no problems. This time many of the containers have bottoms that are not flat, so the container wobbles when I first start to fill it. I prefer a flat bottom.

First Order of Product

My entire experience was great the contact person was informative and I received the order quickly and was what I was expecting. The only item that I didn’t check out ahead of time or didn’t understand up front was that the container count and the lid count didn’t match. I ordered 300 containers and thought I also ordered 300 lids. I was sent 480 lids and am not sure why that would be like that. I intend to reorder in the future and will adjust the lid order accordingly in the future orders.
