Is the 32 ECT-C rating acceptable for FedEx, UPS, and USPS ground services?

Absolutely. A 32 ECT single-wall box meets the minimum edge-crush standards required by all major carriers for ground shipping. Make sure to stay within weight limits, provide proper internal cushioning, and securely tape all flaps for safe transit.

What does the 32 ECT-C classification mean?

ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures a box’s edge-compression strength. A 32 ECT board can withstand 32 pounds of pressure per linear inch. The “C” flute design provides good stacking performance and impact resistance for general-purpose shipping.

How many boxes come in a case, and how are they shipped?

Each case contains 25 flat-packed boxes. They are bundled to ship compactly, saving on freight costs and storage space. Assembly is fast—just square the box, fold in the bottom flaps, and seal using carton-sealing tape.

Are these boxes made from recycled materials, and are they recyclable?

Yes. These corrugated boxes are made with Kraft linerboard containing approximately 30–40% post-consumer recycled content. After use, remove any tape or labels and recycle them through standard corrugated recycling streams.

Can these 15-inch cube boxes be stacked on a pallet?

Yes. These boxes can be stacked 3–4 layers high on a standard 48" × 40" pallet when packed under the 45 lb weight limit. For stability, especially at full height, use slip-sheets or chipboard between layers and wrap the load to prevent shifting during transit.

Are these boxes suitable for direct food contact?

No. Although the board is non-toxic, it is not treated or certified for direct food contact. Use a food-safe liner or poly bag if packaging consumables inside the box.
