Is the 32 ECT-C rating acceptable for FedEx, UPS, and USPS ground services?

Absolutely. A 32 ECT single-wall box meets the edge-crush strength standards required by major ground carriers. Just ensure the box is packed below the 45 lb limit, secured with strong tape, and filled with adequate void fill to protect the contents during transit.

What does the 32 ECT-C classification mean?

ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures the resistance of a corrugated board to crushing along its edge. A 32 ECT rating means the board withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch. The “C” flute is a common single-wall corrugation that offers solid stacking and cushioning performance for general-purpose packaging.

How many boxes come in a case, and how are they shipped?

Each case includes 10 flat-packed boxes. Due to the large dimensions, fewer boxes are bundled per case for easier handling and more efficient storage. They are shipped flat and bundled to save space and freight costs.

Are these boxes made from recycled content, and can they be recycled after use?

Yes. These boxes are made from Kraft linerboard that typically includes 30–40% post-consumer recycled fiber. After use, simply remove any tape or labels and recycle the box through your local corrugated collection stream.

Can these large 24-inch cube boxes be stacked on a pallet?

Yes, but with caution. Due to their size and weight potential, we recommend stacking only 2 layers high on a pallet to prevent crushing. Use slip-sheets or chipboard between layers, and always wrap the load tightly to maintain pallet integrity during transit.

Are these boxes suitable for direct food contact?

No. While they are made from non-toxic materials, these boxes are not certified for direct food contact. If you're shipping food items, use a food-grade poly bag or liner inside the box.

Do I need any special tools or adhesives to assemble the boxes?

No. These boxes are pre-scored for easy folding. You’ll only need standard 2"–3" wide carton-sealing tape to secure the top and bottom flaps. No staples, glue, or strapping is required.
