ePackageSupply has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The list was announced at an awards dinner on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
About the Program
The Best Places to Work in Indiana program is administered annually by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Wellness Council of Indiana, the Indiana State Council of SHRM, the Best Companies Group, and Inside INdiana Business.
Selection is based on two components: a review of company policies, practices, and benefits, and an anonymous third-party employee survey covering engagement, leadership, communication, work environment, and overall satisfaction. The employee survey accounts for roughly 75% of the total score.
The 2026 list includes 150 companies from nearly 30 Indiana cities and towns, with honorees ranging from 16 to 2,400 Hoosier-based employees.
