Is the 32 ECT-C rating acceptable for FedEx, UPS, and USPS ground services?

Definitely. A 32 ECT single-wall box meets the minimum edge-crush strength required by major shipping carriers for standard ground service. Be sure to protect the contents with void fill or foam and seal the flaps tightly using high-quality tape.

What does the 32 ECT-C classification mean?

ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures the pressure a corrugated board can withstand along its edge. A 32 ECT board resists 32 pounds per linear inch of edge pressure before failing. The “C” flute refers to a medium-depth fluting pattern that balances stacking strength and cushioning.

How many boxes are in a case, and how are they shipped?

Each case contains 25 flat-packed boxes. They’re bundled compactly to reduce shipping costs and save space in your facility. Assembly is quick—just fold the flaps and secure with standard carton-sealing tape.

Are these boxes made with recycled content, and can they be recycled after use?

Yes. These boxes are constructed from Kraft linerboard that typically contains 30–40% post-consumer recycled material. Once used, remove any tape or labels and recycle the boxes through your local corrugated recycling stream.

Can these 20" long boxes be stacked on a pallet?

Yes. These boxes can be stacked in 3–4 layers on a standard 48" × 40" pallet, provided the weight limit (40–45 lbs per box) is not exceeded. Due to the narrow width, we recommend alternating or interlocking rows and using slip-sheets or chipboard between layers for stability.

Are these boxes food-safe for direct contact?

No. While the boxes are made from non-toxic materials, they are not FDA-certified for direct food contact. For food use, insert a poly bag or liner to meet compliance standards.

Do I need tools or special adhesives to assemble the boxes?

No tools are required. These boxes are pre-scored and fold easily by hand. Just use 2"–3" wide carton-sealing tape to close the top and bottom flaps—no glue, staples, or equipment needed.
