Compact 15 gallon open-head plastic drum with a removable, gasketed lid and galvanized steel lever-lock ring. The step between a 7-gallon pail and a 30-gallon drum — sized for small-batch producers, sample and ingredient storage, and operations where a full drum is simply too much.

Molded from FDA-compliant, BPA-free high-density polyethylene (HDPE), UN rated 1H2/Y105/S for regulated solids (and 1H2/X65/S for Packing Group I). The lid includes a 3/4" and a 2" fine/NPS threaded opening with airtight caps.
