Absolutely. The 32 ECT rating meets the minimum edge-crush requirements used by major shipping carriers for standard ground delivery. For best performance, stay within the weight limit, fill void space with cushioning materials, and seal the box with strong carton tape.

What does the 32 ECT-C classification mean?

ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures how much compression a corrugated board can handle at its edge. A 32 ECT board withstands 32 pounds of pressure per linear inch. The “C” flute provides a strong balance of stacking performance and impact resistance for single-wall boxes.

How many boxes come in a case, and how are they shipped?

Each case includes 25 boxes, shipped flat and bundled for efficient storage and transportation. Assembly is simple—just square up the box, fold the bottom flaps, and apply carton-sealing tape.

Are these boxes made from recycled content, and can they be recycled after use?

Yes. These boxes are manufactured from Kraft linerboard with approximately 30–40% post-consumer recycled content. After use, remove any tape or labels and recycle the boxes through your standard corrugated recycling stream.

Can these 20x12x12 boxes be stacked on a pallet?

Yes. When packed within the 40–45 lb weight limit, these boxes can typically be stacked 3–4 layers high on a standard 48" × 40" pallet. For added stability, consider using slip-sheets or chipboard between layers and securing the stack with stretch wrap.

Are these corrugated cartons food-safe for direct contact?

No. While the Kraft paperboard is non-toxic, it is not certified for direct food contact. For food applications, we recommend using a food-grade liner or poly bag inside the box.
